List of changes:

• Added Item Upgrade NPC (ALL CAPITAL TOWNS) near banks.
• Added Reforging NPC (ALL CAPITAL TOWNS) near banks.
• Racial Trait Swap (Change special race skills).

Limitations:

• Due to the nature of WOTLK client, the upgraded STATS will only be visible to the owner. Also, items with random properties (like "of the Bear", "of Intellect" etc) will always send the original stats. This is only visual, stats will be there nonetheless!
• You CAN'T add or replace stats, you can only upgrade current item's stats.
• Upgrades will be lost (of course) when trading, sending mail, depositing to guild bank, deposit to auction.
• Heirlooms can't be upgraded.

Costs:

• Rank 1 - 100g = (base stat + 50%)
• Rank 2 - 250g = (base stat + 100%)
• Rank 3 - 500g = (base stat + 200%)
